Research and respond to inquiries and requests for adjustments from Sales and Finance
Prepare commission earnings, including calculation and testing system generated calculations
Process automated and manual adjustments
Generate reporting and commission statements based upon transactional data
Contributes to daily, monthly, and quarterly analysis, reporting, and presentations
Ensure financial close and reporting deadlines are met
Perform User Acceptance Testing for Sales Compensation related system implementations
Research and validate the target incentives for the Sales organization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of Finance, Sales Operations, Commissions, Project Management or related experience OR HS Diploma and 4 years prior experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with little direction
Successful track record of meeting deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
Working knowledge or familiarity with AS/400, TrueComp and ChangePoint are a plus
