Manage the execution of a multitude of commercial operational services for Rare Disease market
Work with region leads to define and update scope and service areas of commercial operations
Establish and improve service delivery model, manage business demand for services
Lead complex projects across the business, developing and managing strategic plans
Support shaping a culture that promotes innovation and improves patient outcomes
Proactively identify innovative solutions to simplify processes and enable customer facing colleagues
Manage critical operational projects and workstreams related to brand field force execution, training, and more

6+ years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience
US Field Sales Experience with Pfizer Inc; Rare Disease experience preferred
BA/BS Degree required
Strong working understanding of Veeva, Pfizer Align, Centris
Demonstrated track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
Must have exceptional emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Effective project management skills and ability to lead without authority
Strong Microsoft Office skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
