Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. HRBP, people lead, executive, board member)
Identify gaps, oversimplifications, or flawed assumptions in AI-generated HR content
Requirements
A senior HR Business Partner, HR strategist, people operations lead, talent leader, or similar
Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
Several years of hands-on HR experience in talent management, org design, employee relations, or transformative people projects
Strong at assessing HR reasoning, logical soundness, and practical solutions
Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
