Serve as the primary relationship lead for large-dollar, highly complex commercial loan clients
Proactively source new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships through strategic cross-selling of loan, deposit, and fee-based products
Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand business operations, financial requirements, and risk profiles
Analyze credit information and present well-founded relationship and credit recommendations
Protect and grow portfolio profitability by maintaining superior asset quality
Execute a disciplined, formal calling program designed to generate new loan revenue
Stay ahead of market trends, competitive activity, and economic developments to identify growth opportunities
Act as a visible ambassador of the Bank through active participation in civic, professional, and community organizations.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree or four years relevant experience
Minimum of seven years commercial portfolio management experience
Advanced financial analysis skills and strong command of commercial credit principles
Broad understanding of commercial banking products, including fee-based solutions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to influence, sell, and build long-term client relationships
Strong presentation skills with the confidence to represent the Bank in both client and community settings.
