Manage the creative process from concept to completion
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and deliverables
Manage a creative staff of internal designers and/or external design agencies in the development and production of all marketing assets, from collateral to the web, events, and advertising
Develop and manage the company’s brand and creative guidelines and standards and ensure that they are consistently met across the company’s internal and external communications channels
Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
Remain actively involved in hiring, training, and managing creative staff and agencies
Requirements
12+ years of hands-on experience in creative design preferably in B2B technology
At least 4 years serving as a creative lead
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Experience Manager tools and workflows
Proven track record designing and leading teams that deliver award-winning work
Experience performing and/or managing range of creative roles, including graphic design, art direction, presentation design, and copywriting
Expert knowledge of the business side of design
Proven skill in developing and delivering well-designed web sites and online marketing campaigns
International experience working with global teams
