In addition to its core flash-sale business, the Veepee Group operates a marketplace open to brands that wish to list and sell their products on the group’s websites.
To help our platforms reach their full potential by integrating the best-performing offers and to provide daily support to our sellers, we are looking for a Brand Support Team Lead for our French operation.
Lead a team of approximately 6 Brand Support Specialists responsible for onboarding sellers to the site and providing day-to-day support.
Foster and develop team spirit around shared strategic objectives.
Identify training needs, manage recruitment, and lead the team.
Manage and assign new sellers to team members.
Provide cross-functional leadership.
Ensure team cohesion and align processes at the European and French levels in partnership with a co-lead.
Own, monitor, and report on key performance indicators related to monthly business performance reviews.
Closely follow the onboarding process for strategic sellers and report on progress to the commercial team.
You will be in contact with all marketplace stakeholders (Business Managers, Lead E-merchandisers, Product Owners, Business Developers...).
Continuously improve our workflows and processes.
Requirements
At least 2 years of managerial experience.
In addition to knowledge of digital products/solutions and KPIs and strong analytical skills, you are a natural leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong communication skills (active listening, empathy, persuasive ability).
You take a collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving and demonstrate the ability to work within an international, multidisciplinary team.
Your experience and knowledge enable you to make decisions and influence others.
You are resilient and work with integrity.
Fluency in both English and French is required to perform the role.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and have a good understanding of databases.
