About this role
Role Overview
Provide advanced technical support and resolve incidents for line-of-business and cross-functional applications
Handle Level 1 escalations for analysis and resolution of critical incidents
Perform advanced diagnostics of malfunctions (log analysis, databases, integrations, performance, security)
Implement application fixes (hotfixes, patches) in coordination with development teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of applications (performance optimization, reliability enhancements)
Collaborate with software vendors and partners to track issues and application changes/enhancements
Contribute to the automation and industrialization of recurring tasks
Write and maintain technical documentation (procedures, knowledge base articles, incident post-mortems)
Requirements
Knowledge of accounting and financial management (chart of accounts, tax filings, balance sheet)
Proficiency with application environments (web, client-server, cloud)
Good knowledge of database querying (SQL)
Familiarity with ITIL methodologies (incident, problem, and change management)
Strong diagnostic skills and a solution-oriented approach
