Lead end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent projects (minimum 2), including planning, execution, and delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business priorities.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams.
Analyze current processes and develop future-state process maps (Visio or equivalent tools).
Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost optimization.
Track and report on project KPIs and performance metrics.
Support larger strategic initiatives led by senior project leaders.
Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) to enhance operational performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of relevant professional experience in project management, supply chain, or operations
Demonstrated experience managing projects independently across cross-functional teams
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations environments
Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
