About this role
Role Overview
Trend and creator research: You identify voices that fit the brand.
Content & campaign support: preparing briefings, keeping to schedules, and managing posts live.
Community & reporting: comments, clips, KPIs — you keep the metrics accurate.
Campaign management: planning, implementation, and analysis of influencer campaigns, especially in the gaming and tech sectors.
Scouting and briefing creators.
Performance tracking and reporting via Google Sheets & Monday.
Support with content planning and creation (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
Writing presentations and employer-branding materials.
Support for external communications and other projects.
Develop content ideas and create posts for our various internal and external channels.
Requirements
Studying or trained in communications, marketing, or a related field — or a career changer with proven social media experience
Confident with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; interested in data and details; strong team communication skills
Prior professional experience in marketing, ideally in an influencer context
Preferable special skills in copywriting, project management, web, or social media
Comfortable writing in German and English
As a team player, you enjoy working with people and being inspired by others' ideas, projects, and stories
