This is a 6-month, part-time internship (20 hours per week) with opportunities to start in March, April, or May 2026.
Responsible for assisting with various projects within the Marketing department.
Essential functions may include administrative, clerical, and project work as determined by business needs.
Support multiple K12-powered schools’ marketing including website support, social media strategy, and graphic design.
Create and prepare various content, presentations, and materials as assigned.
Provide additional marketing and ideation support to the team as needed.
Support creating graphics and videos for Social Media Channels, submitting ideas for marketing toolkits, YouTube Content Creation and Strategy, and Webinar planning.
Evaluate social media metrics and help prepare team reports to monitor performance.
Assist in managing social media content in a monthly editorial calendar.
Collaborate with school staff to highlight and showcase student stories.
Provide suggestions on best practices for collecting user-generated content.
Provide trending ideas and actively contribute to content planning meetings.
Assist the team with day-to-day administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Assist with developing marketing materials as assigned by the team.
Forge strong relationships with internal teams and external organizations.
Ensure thorough, timely, and accurate communications.
Requirements
Currently working toward an undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or another relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to leverage technology effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
Strong project, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

MS365; web proficiency.
Ability to clear a required background check.
Experience with WordPress and/or blog writing preferred.
Knowledge of SEO as it pertains to blogs preferred.
Experience with photo editing and graphic design tools, including Canva preferred.
Experience with video editing, including Animoto, TikTok video creation skills, and YouTube knowledge preferred.
Experience with a Social Media Management system, like Sprout Social or Hootsuite preferred.
