Serve as a liaison for Value Added Services/Benefits, member incentives and rewards programs
Supports member and community advisory committee meetings, including in rural communities if applicable
Supports the implementation and data analysis of member engagement and retention strategies
Facilitate and manage workgroups to collect and document retention initiatives
Evaluate and trend complaint data and recommend and implement solutions to strengthen the program and mitigate member disenrollment

Bachelor of Science/Arts in a Business-related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
A minimum of three (3) years of Medicaid health insurance, healthcare and/or managed care experience
Experience with and empathy for the low-income demographic
Experience working cross-functionally and demonstrated ability to execute initiatives primarily through influencing other stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Strong data analysis and trending skills
