Independently execute and lead Financial Due Diligence projects in the context of company acquisitions and disposals (buy-side and sell-side)
Lead vendor assistance projects, model business plans, and support project management by acting as an interface between clients, internal teams (e.g., M&A) and external stakeholders
Responsible reporting to clients and internal decision-makers
Contribute to the development and implementation of transaction strategies
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through continuous engagement and advisory support
Requirements
University degree in economics/business administration (Bachelor/Master), ideally with a focus on finance
Minimum of 5+ years' relevant professional experience in Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence
Strong knowledge of the transaction environment, including balance sheet analysis and financial modelling
Excellent proficiency with common analytical tools (e.g., MS Excel)
Strong client focus, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Fluent German and English language skills (business/professional proficiency)
