Role Overview
- Provide research support across several grant and clinically-funded projects
- Coordinate and support the development of study materials
- Recruit and consent participants
- Collect and enter quantitative and qualitative data
- Create and maintain databases
- Prepare and submit IRB documents
- Support ongoing clinical operations within a community mental health pediatric anxiety treatment program
- Maintain relationships with research collaborators, study participants, and families seeking mental health services
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related health field
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Previous experience working in community mental health centers, interacting with children and families
- Experience in implementation science is desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, databases (SPSS), and online survey software (REDCap)
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Exquisite attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences
