Execute and integrate projects that involve multiple Locaweb units, ensuring synergy and scalability across processes.
Analyze internal workflows using agile methodologies and PDCA to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
Manage multichannel service flows and curate chatbots, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Define service metrics and analyze indicators to report the area's status and progress to management.
Implement communication plans, create technical content (WordPress/CSS) and keep the knowledge base up to date (Locaweb Help Center).
Guide employees from different areas on processes, prepare support materials and act as a facilitator for new implementations.

Experience: Previous experience in technology companies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in IT or related fields.
Background: Solid experience as a Process and Project Analyst.
Group perspective: Experience integrating projects across different areas or business units.
Web technical expertise: Advanced knowledge of WordPress and CSS.
Frameworks and methodologies: Proficiency in agile methodologies, process frameworks and best practices (e.g., ITIL).
Data and analysis: Advanced Excel, ability to prepare flowcharts/organizational charts and manage results.
Soft skills: Assertive communication, active listening and the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
