Design, deliver, and evaluate development programs to build organizational capability.

Oversee design of engaging learning experiences using blended approaches.
Evaluate program effectiveness and refine content based on feedback and metrics.
Stay current on industry trends and advise on learning delivery methodologies.
Coach a team of analysts/specialists.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in adult learning design, leadership development or organizational development.
Experience with succession planning, change management, and organizational culture initiatives.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent management frameworks.
Familiarity with learning technologies, virtual platforms, and data analytics.
Certification in self-awareness and team assessments (e.g., MBTI, Strength Finders, DISC, Enneagram).
