About this role

Ensure the smooth operation of our SAP IS-U systems and connected peripheral systems (1st–3rd level support)
Analyze, troubleshoot and optimize performance within the SAP environment
Technical and functional monitoring (SAP IS-U, B2B, EDIFACT converter)
Conduct health checks and daily system monitoring
Act as a point of contact for our customers on energy-industry processes
Contribute to process improvements and the enhancement of internal workflows

Completed degree or vocational training in IT or the energy sector
2–3 years of professional experience in IT support, consulting or an SAP environment
Knowledge of SAP IS-U and ideally ABAP (reading/debugging)
Understanding of energy-industry processes (e.g., market communication, technical or commercial workflows)
Enjoyment of teamwork, solution-oriented thinking and a commitment to continuous development
Fluent German, both written and spoken
