About this role

Take ownership of effective project management, design, development, validation, solution architecture, and support
Proactively manage knowledge and consistently adhere to organizational guidelines and processes
Configure and develop STEP, including business rules, workflows, import/export processes, web UIs, and endpoints
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solution designs align with project requirements

Over 5+ years of experience in STIBO STEP solutions
Proven experience working with SAP middleware (SAP PI or SAP BTP)
Strong experience in connecting STIBO system with SAP MDG-M using SAP middleware (SAP PI or SAP BTP)
Strong, hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform
Experience with data integration techniques, including ETL, REST APIs, and web services
Familiarity with various data formats like XML, XSD, JSON, and CSV
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
STIBO certification is a strong advantage
