The Transformation Product Owner drives the strategic vision and product roadmap for Customer Success Business Systems
Own the full product lifecycle from process innovation to system delivery
Create and prioritize the technical backlog to maximize ROI
Automate complex operational workflows and deliver measurable efficiency gains (KPIs) for the CS organization
Manage enterprise projects with multiple stakeholder groups through clearly defined project plans, organized communication, transparent decision and risk management
Own the roadmap for CS business systems
Define and track project and product KPIs
Act as the final authority on accepting completed stories ensuring they meet business requirements
Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
Engineer optimized 'to-be' process designs that leverage automation and AI to solve root-cause business problems
Lead the strategy and execution of change management plans
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or related fields
3-5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Business/Systems Analysis, Project Management, or Process Improvement
Minimum 1 year of experience working with technology teams, specifically managing backlogs and roadmaps for business systems on an Agile Scrum development team
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business process transformation projects (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience preferred)
Technical Aptitude: Ability to "speak the language" of developers (understanding data models, APIs, and system architecture) to effectively manage a technical backlog without being a developer
Experience working with Jira, Lucidchart, Google Slides, and Salesforce
Strategic Financial Acumen: Experience building business cases, calculating ROI for feature requests, and managing product value streams
Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in using operational analytics (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Excel) to identify trends, justify roadmap decisions, and measure the success of delivered projects
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, influencing stakeholders at all levels from end-users to VPs
Innovative Mentality and Culture Building: Proven experience as a problem solver who can lead innovative collaboration and create a shared vision that addresses a business need
