About this role
Role Overview
Assist Account Managers by scheduling locum providers, updating confirmation agreements, processing timecards/expenses, and tracking candidate submission checklists.
Act as a liaison between clients, agencies, and the internal team, ensuring clarity and timely communication.
Organize phone screens and ensure schedules are updated accurately in the HWL platform.
Keep inboxes organized and respond to client and agency emails promptly, aiming to address queries on the same business day.
Handle issues effectively and with a sense of urgency, while maintaining a positive image of the company.
Work closely with the Account Management team, keeping them informed of any significant problems or activities.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare recruiting or a related field
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with various financial and business applications; willing to learn company-specific platforms.
