- Balance long-term platform investments with day-to-day reliability
- Build and maintain tooling for compliance checkpoints
- Hire, mentor, and retain top-tier engineers
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years managing engineering teams
- Deep hands-on experience with CI/CD systems
- Strong background in build systems, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent
