Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, and job offers for candidates at all levels, from entry-level to senior.
Build talent pools for multiple roles across different teams and regions, with attention to diversity and the importance of providing balanced candidate slates.
Promote inclusion by creating diverse talent pipelines early in the funnel.
Collaborate with HR partners, hiring managers, HR operations, and Finance to develop hiring strategies and plans.
Influence business leaders and coach hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision-making.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Find new ways to surprise and delight people participating in our interview process.
Ensure accurate tracking of candidate data and proper use of systems to enable company reporting.
Identify, engage, and recruit the most talented, brilliant, and passionate people for Airbnb using innovative and creative approaches.

Requirements
5 to 7 years (or more) of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
Experience in high-volume recruiting for generalist and administrative roles required.
Experience supporting a global operations function, including customer support roles, is a plus.
Proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and hiring exceptional talent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Strong analytical and influencing skills.
Positive, proactive attitude; receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
