Support organization design, transformation, and change initiatives that improve how teams operate and deliver results
Partner with OE leaders and HR partners to assess organizational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead defined projects or workstreams, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
Translate business priorities into organizational solutions such as role clarity, work design, operating models, and decision-making structures, including in environments where humans and AI work together
Assess how advances in AI and automation may influence work design, role clarity, team structures, and decision-making, and translate those insights into practical organizational recommendations
Develop analyses, presentations, and recommendations to support leadership discussions and working sessions
Coordinate with cross-functional partners (e.g., workforce planning, HR, and business leaders) to ensure aligned execution
Support implementation and change efforts by tracking progress, gathering feedback, and helping teams adopt new ways of working
Contribute to and help manage shared tools, templates, and playbooks that strengthen Autodesk’s organization effectiveness practice
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in organization effectiveness, organizational design, management or HR consulting, or a related field
Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills
Experience supporting or leading workstreams within organization design, transformation, or change initiatives
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Working knowledge of organizational systems, structures, and people practices
Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field is a plus
