Generate pipeline: Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to create qualified meetings for ZRS’s sales team
Qualify opportunities: Uncover pain points, assess fit, and determine urgency using consultative selling frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or SPIN
Collaborate with sales & marketing: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and management to develop campaigns and accelerate lead conversion
Leverage tools: Manage outreach and tracking through CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g. Outreach.io), and intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Educate prospects: Develop a strong understanding of ZRS services to articulate value to both technical and business decision-makers
Track performance: Maintain accurate activity logs, pipeline data, and weekly/monthly KPI reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years of experience in Sales OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in Sales OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in Sales
Experience building and managing relationships inside a business and externally
Experience meeting sales goals
2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales (preferred)
Insurance industry experience (preferred)
Experience working in a consulting service business (preferred)
Familiarity with pipeline-building strategies, prospecting tools, and sales methodologies (preferred)
