Requirements
Knowledge of the Industrial, Laboratory, and Sanitation markets and their services, as well as the main trends and challenges faced by clients.
Ability to understand competitors and position the company's services as the best available solution.
Ability to work to sales targets and under pressure, demonstrating resilience and perseverance.
Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for lead and customer management.
Negotiation skills to handle objections and close sales with confidence and assertiveness.
Analytical profile, with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports, providing valuable insights to the commercial process.
Degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Engineering, or related fields is desirable, although relevant practical experience may substitute for a university degree.
Previous experience in external sales, preferably in B2B services (business-to-business).
Reside in São Paulo (capital) or surrounding region.
