Providing financial and strategic analysis to the leaders of the firm's industry groups
Working with colleagues in Financial Insights & Consulting (FIC) and key stakeholders across the firm to develop Power BI dashboards
Identifying current performance and trends, comparing them to past and future goals, and working with cohort members to develop strategic business plans
Developing Power BI data visualizations
Managing, leading, and implementing various finance-related projects
Evaluating and analyzing strategic initiatives by initiating and directing research on competition, markets, geographies, and areas of law
Developing financial models and reporting to identify trends and issues, and formulating recommendations and strategies for improving performance
Requirements
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field, preferably a MBA
A minimum of seven (7) years of analytical experience in finance or a related professional services environment
A minimum of two (2) years of leading projects and other initiatives
Possess knowledge of various information technology systems, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects
Exhibit strong knowledge of market research resources and financial reporting
Demonstrate excellent financial modelling skills and project management skills
