Support customer discovery sessions to understand business challenges and solution requirements, with guidance from senior team members
Translate client needs into structured engineering briefs and contribute to shaping proposed solutions
Build, test, and refine conversational AI workflows using programming, prompt engineering, and platform tools
Contribute to rapid prototyping and iterative refinement of AI solutions, taking ownership of assigned workstreams
Support integration of conversational AI capabilities into customers’ existing technology environments and help validate solution performance
Troubleshoot and help resolve issues in deployed AI systems, escalating complex cases when needed
Collaborate with Conversational Designers, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Implementation teams to support solution delivery
Create and maintain reusable solution architectures, deployment playbooks, and best practices
Build strong knowledge of Infobip’s product portfolio, the conversational AI ecosystem, and emerging industry trends
Synthesize field observations and deployment patterns into actionable product improvement recommendations
Requirements
Recent graduate in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a similar field
Availability to start on May 18th
Strong interest in conversational AI, solution engineering, and customer-facing technology
Good foundational programming skills and confidence applying them to real-world use cases
Strong interest in understanding business problems and customer needs (shown via internships, university projects, case studies, or hackathons)
Hands-on exposure to AI/LLM solutions (e.g., chatbots/agents, prompt engineering, basic RAG, or API integrations) through academic or personal projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with moderate guidance
Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
Curious about customer needs, solution design, and industry trends, with a proactive learning mindset.
