Under the direction of the VP of Learning & Development, support the design, delivery, and evolution of L&D initiatives.
Manage the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and third-party content libraries.
Enhance the digital learning experience by managing content, system functionality, data accuracy, and user engagement.
Collaborate with learning partners, HR, and stakeholders for onboarding, professional development, and compliance initiatives.
Coordinate with departments to ensure learning is deployed for new hires and manage onboarding processes efficiently.
Partner with stakeholders to gather technical content and refine training programs.
Prepare reports on training activities and work with the VP to analyze performance data for program improvements.

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or related/equivalent industry experience.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience working in education, learning and development, or a related LMS administrative capacity.
Proficiency in eLearning Tools, LMS (preferably Docebo), and project management.
Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools, such as MS Copilot.
Proficiency with MS PowerPoint preferred.
Proficiency with project management tools, such as Smartsheet, preferred.
Prior experience in the Employee Benefits Insurance industry preferred.
