Role Overview
- own the end-to-end process of launching new insurance carrier partners and products
- improve quoting system logic, eligibility rules, and coverage matching
- diagnose customer drop out points and implement solutions
- maintain integrity of underwriting inputs for accurate pricing
- keep median quote latency between 5-15 seconds
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
- extreme attention to detail
- deep understanding of API documentation and rating logic
- understanding of backend technical performance impacts
- data-driven with KPI tracking experience
- superb communication skills across engineering, insurance specialists, and external partners
- passion for leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences
