Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end process of launching new insurance carrier partners and products
- Improve quoting system logic, eligibility rules, and coverage matching
- Diagnose customer dropouts in the quoting journey and implement solutions
- Maintain integrity of underwriting inputs
- Keep median quote latency between 5-15 seconds
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
- extreme attention to detail
- knowledge of API documentation and rating logic
- understanding of backend technical performance and its impact on consumer behavior
- comfortable diving into data to track Quote Success Rates, Conversion, and Loss Ratios
- superb communication skills
