Coordinate or manage a team of Mechanical engineers for complex design work following national and project specific codes and standards
Produce and review technical deliverables such as design reports, drawings, calculations, and scopes of work
Collaborate with clients and teams for project design deliverables
Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues
Work independently with minimal technical guidance
Technical support for bid proposals
Deliver integrated design solutions within multi-disciplinary teams in the UK and overseas

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Chartered or Incorporated Mechanical Engineer
Proven experience in coordinating or managing a Mechanical engineering design delivery team for a design consultancy in a multi-disciplinary environment
Comprehensive knowledge and proven practical experience in design integration of mechanical equipment, including pumps, blowers, screens, and chemical dosing systems
Understanding of current UK design standards, relevant legislation, and industry practices
Effective analytical software proficiency
Experience in the Water market is preferable
