Manage a full end-to-end product design process
Identify problems, opportunities, and challenges related to user and business needs
Conduct research: prepare and facilitate user interviews
Analyze competitors and monitor design trends
Propose outstanding design solutions
Apply visual design and create high-fidelity prototypes when necessary
Help prepare user stories with production-ready assets for development
Work in partnership with: product management, design team, and engineering

5+ years of product design experience at product companies
Proven ability to design useful solutions for complex product problems
Experience designing web applications (mobile and desktop) and native applications (iOS and Android)
Basic understanding of SaaS solutions spanning B2B and B2C contexts
Strong set of UX methodologies to run design workshops, conduct product discovery and user interviews, and manage UX in agile environments
Effective problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills
Embraces an open culture of design feedback
Fluent spoken and written English
