About this role
Role Overview
- Overseeing management staff and developing top talent within restaurants
- Serving as the liaison between the team and support center
- Focusing on daily sales, marketing plans and restaurant operations including cost of goods sold, labor and guest relations
- Driving sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise
- Connecting with restaurants to discuss Daily Business Review Status
- Ensuring restaurants are staffed and scheduled effectively
- Supporting training and development programs including safety procedures, product quality, cleanliness, and speed of service
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a District Manager
- Four years of restaurant management experience
- Preferably, two years of experience as a District Manager within QSR
- Six years of restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with providing exceptional customer service
