Work with the business and Front-Line IT on management, changes, incidents, or requests for production critical handheld scanners that will be managed by SOTI MobiControl.
Work closely with specialists on changes, incidents, or requests that may influence the service delivery of MS365, SAP, Oracle, Business critical applications and ERP's.
Responsible for resolving Azure related incidents while communicating through the appropriate channels.
Provide daily support and issue resolution for Azure, Windows 11, MS365 apps, WYSE Terminals, and other business applications.
Provide daily support and issue resolution for our Azure single and multiuser environment hosted in Azure.
Assist with activities utilizing automation processes.
Look to identify ticket trends and opportunities to automate or reduce overall support related issues by working with technology specialists to improve overall service delivery.
Provide daily support and resolution for Azure Virtual desktop services including Microsoft Teams technical support, Windows 11 client and application troubleshooting and technical support, Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop troubleshooting and technical support, Azure and VDI general troubleshooting and technical support, Application Packaging, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment
Provide daily support and resolution for mobile device management including iOS, Android, Windows CE, Warehouse Management software running on the hand scanners such as, SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Focus on managing hand scanners with SOTI MobiControl
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer science/Information Technology or equivalent experience
Min 2 years of experience in platform engineering or similar discipline such as software or cloud engineering
Basic proficient level to expert level knowledge in the following technologies: Teams, O365, Azure DevOps, Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Published Apps, and VDI, MDM using SOTI MobiControl, iOS and Android
Exposure to automation and scripting languages, including PowerShell
Working knowledge of operating systems and systems software
