Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, materials science, or related technical field
12–15+ years of experience in product development, engineering, or R&D, preferably in cable, electrical, or industrial manufacturing
Proven leadership experience managing large technical teams and complex development programs
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product standards, and commercialization
Ability to collaborate across global teams and translate customer needs into technical solutions
