Lead and manage end-to-end testing projects including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
Coordinate closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure testing milestones and quality standards are met.
Work onsite in the testing lab environment to support hardware/software testing activities.
Collaborate with China-based offshore teams to align on testing plans, schedules, and deliverables.
Facilitate clear communication across global teams and stakeholders.
Track testing progress, identify risks or issues early, and drive solutions proactively.
Ensure documentation, test reports, and project updates are maintained accurately.
Support continuous improvement of testing processes and workflows.

3+ years of experience in software testing, hardware testing, or QA project management.
Strong project management and execution mindset with a hands-on attitude.
Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
Comfortable working in a testing lab environment.
Bilingual in Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Experience collaborating with offshore teams in China.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
