Lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality designs and user-centered experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product vision, and drive design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions

Requirements
Strong portfolio showcasing your past work and design thinking process
History of discovery and ideation and aligning the group around a vision and approach
Proven track record of designing completely new experiences and end-to-end features, and working with product teams to ship successful products
Strong product mindset with experience working closely with product teams—understanding trade-offs, prioritizing impact, and focusing on delivering meaningful user and business value
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience leading design projects or teams, with the ability to guide and inspire others
Experience in a high growth Agile environment
Experience in Figma is required
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable but not mandatory
