Develop and maintain product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the assigned portfolio in alignment with business goals.
Lead product discovery efforts to identify customer needs, workflow pain points, and market opportunities.
Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to define, validate, and deliver product solutions.
Translate customer, market, operational, and business insights into clear product recommendations and priorities.
Define and monitor product success metrics, including adoption, engagement, operational improvement, customer satisfaction, and business performance as applicable.
Use qualitative and quantitative input, including customer feedback, support trends, market insights, and product data, to inform product decisions.
Support product launches and lifecycle management in partnership with marketing, communications, sales, support, and training teams.
Evaluate product risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies and make informed prioritization decisions.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap rationale, and performance insights clearly to leaders and cross-functional teams.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, or related product leadership roles in software, technology-enabled services, platform businesses, or other strategic solution environments.
Demonstrated experience owning products or product areas from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, commercial teams, and business stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong product judgment, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Ability to identify customer problems and translate them into product opportunities and actionable priorities.
Ability to use qualitative and quantitative inputs to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
Strong business acumen, including financial literacy and understanding of operational and commercial impacts.
Sufficient technical fluency to work effectively with engineering teams on integrations, dependencies, constraints, and phased delivery.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
