Organize and manage digital events
Coordinate event organization with the agency and stakeholders (briefs, timelines, roles, etc.)
Support internal teams in their editorial choices and amplification strategies
Verify technical and editorial setup, oversee rehearsals, monitor and prioritize incident resolution, and drive performance
Contribute to the development of live best practices
Coordinate the publication of VODs (metadata, quality, subtitles)
Provide day-to-day support to technical, communications, marketing and customer service teams in tracking requests
Consolidate data and deliver an automated, easy-to-understand tracking file
Requirements
Final-year student or enrolled in a work-study program (business school, digital marketing, engineering school, or Bachelor's/Master's in life sciences with a focus on digital/marketing)
Interest in project management and teamwork
Proficiency with office productivity tools
Ideally experience with Agile management tools (Jira, Workfront), analytics (Google Analytics/GA4), and prototyping tools (Figma, Mural)
Prior experience with a live streaming platform is a plus
Analytical skills: ability to use data to make recommendations
English level: minimum B2 (able to draft briefs in English and communicate with global vendors)
