Analyze customer data and software asset portfolios to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Leverage AI tools and data models to segment customer bases and uncover growth opportunities
Support the development of targeted, value-based sales campaigns aligned to customer needs
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for sales and business teams
Partner with sales, marketing, and analytics teams to enhance go-to-market strategies
Assist in building dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights to inform decision-making
Contribute to initiatives that expand software license footprint across public sector customers
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
Academic background or coursework in business analytics, data analytics, information systems, finance, or related fields
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and work with data sets
Interest in AI tools, data-driven decision making, and sales strategy
Ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Familiarity with AI tools or basic understanding of machine learning concepts
Interest in public sector or government technology markets
Previous internship, project work, or coursework in analytics or sales strategy.
