Own end‑to‑end revenue cycle performance for assigned client(s), ensuring delivery against financial, operational, and service level expectations
Define and execute strategic direction, priorities, and quality improvement initiatives for onsite revenue cycle operations
Develop and maintain integrated operational plans with clearly defined objectives, outcomes, and implementation timelines
Serve as a senior client‑facing leader, presenting performance results, KPIs, and improvement strategies
Drive improvement across all revenue cycle functions, including Patient Access, AR, Denials, HIM, Case Management, and Business Office
Monitor cash flow, bad debt, AR aging, denial trends, and self‑pay performance to ensure achievement of client goals
Ensure compliance with Ensemble Service Level Agreements (SLAs), internal standards, and regulatory requirements
Proactively identify risks, issues, and performance gaps and lead corrective action planning
Provide direct leadership and performance oversight for onsite Revenue Cycle Directors and leadership teams
Conduct performance evaluations, skill development planning, and accountability management aligned to KPIs
Lead succession planning, coverage strategies, and onboarding of new leadership to minimize operational disruption
Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement

Extensive experience leading healthcare revenue cycle operations in complex, client‑facing environments
Demonstrated success driving financial performance, operational improvement, and SLA adherence
Proven ability to lead and influence multi‑level teams in onsite and matrixed environments
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities
Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
