Role Overview
- Handling customer inquiries in German via phone, email and chat
- Resolving account or technical issues and escalating when necessary
- Accurate documentation and timely follow-up
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- German C2 / native-level
- English B2 or higher
- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
- Flexibility for onsite or remote work, including shift work (Mon–Sun, project-dependent)
- Willingness to relocate to Athens at least 1 week before the start date (for onsite positions)
