Shape and execute the North and East regions commercial strategy in partnership with the Vice President – Distribution and Regional Sales
Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships across key industries
Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team of Account Executives
Provide oversight for major commercial agreements, including contract negotiations
Establish disciplined pricing strategies aligned with financial targets and profitability goals
Build strong relationships with key regional partners
Collaborate with corporate marketing to execute targeted marketing strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales and/or Marketing within complex, growth-oriented environments
Demonstrated success in strategic account management, leading high-performing sales teams, and developing and executing commercial strategies that drive measurable business results
Proven, hands-on experience managing and optimizing commercial performance
