Requirements
- At least 3 years of strong experience in Marketing, design, digital communications, sales support, project coordination, or operations.
- Familiarity in using Adobe Creative Suites
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Go High Level), SEO, social media tools, content management systems, and website development software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of website UX principles and SEO concepts
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns, content strategy, and analytics
- Solid understanding of sales processes and project coordination
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and tool integrations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team operations
- Comfortable working with a distributed, international team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with API integrations to connect and optimize current and future platforms (Advantageous)
- Must hands on experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Familiarity with workflow automation and connecting tools for efficiency
- Functioning knowledge of content management systems, such as WordPress (Highly Advantageous)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising strategies
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data for actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with search engine optimization to inform website design and content ingestion using Google Search Console tool.
- Recommended experience with HTML, Excel, medium to advanced proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities
