Support financial tracking, forecasting & project administration activities
Assist with vendor audits, quality assurance & continuous improvement initiatives
Act as a key liaison between vendors, the alliance team & other internal stakeholders
Requirements
4-5 years’ senior PMO Administrator experience in a Managed Services environment or large government agency, preferably within an outsourcing environment
Experience supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously
Highly proficient & advanced skills with MS 365 (especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint)
Proven analytical & problem-solving capabilities
High attention to detail
Effective team player, has a positive approach to work & team members, flexible, shows initiative, can work under pressure, is acknowledged as reliable & capable
Highly organized with good time management skills
