You lead engaging business software projects in the HR Payroll area and take responsibility for seamless implementation
You guide and advise clients through all project phases and ensure solution-focused collaboration
You manage requirements, analyze existing processes and develop efficient workflows
You deliver practical training and run workshops to co-create appropriate, sustainable solutions with clients
You contribute your HR Payroll expertise to enhance the quality of client solutions
You act as the interface between developers and clients, ensuring smooth information flow throughout the project
You support testing and customer support activities and ensure the solutions perform well in day-to-day operations
Requirements
Completed further education or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or HR Payroll (e.g., Swiss Federal Diploma in HR or Social Insurance)
Solid professional experience and strong expertise in HR payroll and social insurance
Strong interest and enthusiasm for digitalization, new technologies, project management and business analysis
