Leading product-centered projects in agile environments such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
Planning, managing and executing complex initiatives from roadmap to sprint
Acting in both the Project Manager and Product Owner roles
Biweekly reporting on KPIs, budget (including forecast vs. actual), resources and progress
Facilitating PI planning, reviews and retrospectives
Close collaboration with other Product Owners, development teams and stakeholders to ensure clear alignment
Ensuring deadlines, budget and quality while fostering an efficient team culture
Supporting the development and optimization of agile and regulatory processes for lean, efficient operations

Degree in (Industrial/) Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in project management and KPI reporting, ideally in an agile environment
Deep knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and traditional PM tools
Ideally, experience with embedded systems projects in a high-tech or industrial environment
Clear communicator, confident facilitator and experienced in stakeholder management
Excellent German and English skills
