Manage the entire sales cycle without being responsible for lead generation.
You will be assigned warm leads to engage with and qualify.
Engage with various stakeholders (including C-level) and gain deep exposure to a wide range of industries and companies.
Analyze the technical and functional requirements of your (prospective) clients during needs analyses by examining their business processes and identifying pain points.
Deliver tailored software demonstrations for customers.
Lead commercial negotiations and close deals.
Manage the after-sales cycle for six months.
Hand over your clients to Account Management after six months.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills in German (C1–C2) and English.
Strong commercial acumen and a high level of curiosity.
Ability to build trust and generate enthusiasm.
Creativity, a get-it-done mentality, and strong problem-solving skills.
Ideally, some prior work experience.
