Site acquisition & portfolio expansion: You identify market potential, source suitable parking garage and parking space locations, and develop them through to decision-ready proposals.
Network management & market presence: You maintain and leverage a broad, established network of property owners, project developers, asset holders and municipal decision-makers.
Site assessment & business development: You analyze potential sites, evaluate economic opportunities, and develop viable operator and location concepts.
Negotiation & contract closing: You lead discussions and negotiations with owners, developers and other partners confidently and with a clear focus on achieving results.
Strategic development: You monitor market trends, assess site potential and derive recommendations to further develop our expansion strategy.
Requirements
You have solid experience in site acquisition, expansion, project development or the real estate industry.
You possess a strong network of property owners, project developers, asset holders and municipal decision-makers.
You are experienced in off-market sourcing and recognize opportunities before they are publicly advertised.
You demonstrate poise, strong communication skills and confidence in negotiations — including at decision-maker and owner level.
You work in a structured, independent manner with a strong understanding of profitability and site potential.
You are willing to travel and bring business-fluent German as well as very good English, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
