Role Overview
Drive growth in the Distribution Business by expanding business with existing customers
Identify and develop white spaces and enter new sectors and territories
Lead and manage corporate rate contracts and long‑term frame agreements
Develop opportunities in Reconditioning and Lifetime Solution offerings
Increase Schaeffler’s market share across existing and targeted sectors/customers
Support new product development initiatives
Deliver high‑impact, sector‑specific presentations to secure brand approvals
Requirements
Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 8–12 years of experience
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive abilities
Extroverted, self‑driven professional with strong hunting DNA and market development experience
Proven frontline industrial sales experience with a strong growth mindset
Willingness to travel extensively, meet customers and end users, and develop distributor markets
