About this role

You develop processes using our Chat and Voicebot platform ChatCaptain.
You assist customers with integrating interfaces and implementing complex processes.
You communicate directly with customers and advise them on the optimal technical implementation.
You help us optimize our products.

You hold a degree in Applied Computer Science or Media Computer Science, are currently studying one of these subjects, or have an equivalent qualification — for example, advanced programming skills.
You have practical experience in software and/or web development.
You are proficient with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
High level of quality and sense of responsibility.
You present yourself confidently to customers and are comfortable with direct customer interaction.
You are eager to learn and bring your own ideas as well as curiosity about trends and new technologies.
